How to Enable cookies and JavaScript in your browser

To use CRMPanel!Live Chat, your web browser must support cookies and JavaScript. To enable cookies and JavaScript in your web browser, please check section below that appropriate to your browser version and follow the instructions.

Internet Explorer 5.x & 6.x

To enable Javascripting choose "Tools" and then "Internet Options" in Internet Explorer menu.
Click "Security" and then choose "Custom Level".

Scroll down to scripting then select enable. Click OK on button to confirm. Alternate you can set these setting to Medium leve. Under Reset custom settings (Reset to : Medium) click on Reset button then click in button.

To enable cookies, Choose "Tools" and then "Internet Options" in Internet Explorer menu.
Click "Privacy" and then slid privacy bar to "Medium" level. If you do not want to set this for global then you can allow cookies from CRMPanel.com only.

To allow cookies from CRMPanel.com. Click on Edit button (as shown above), type http://www.crmpanel.com in address space then click on "Allow" button. Now click on "OK" button.

Netscape 7.x

To enable cookies and JavaScript, follow these steps:
Select Preferences from the Edit menu. The Preferences dialog opens.
Select Advanced in the Category window. The right pane displays a set of advanced options.
The top section of the right pane, select the Enable Java and Enable JavaScript check boxes.

Your browser must support cookies. To enable cookies support, in the Cookies section of the window

To save your changes and close the Preferences dialog, click the OK button.

Internet Explorer for Macintosh users

Choose "Edit" and then "Preferences".
Click on "Web Browser", then "Web Content".
In the panel on the right, select the "Enable Javascript" check box.
Click on "Receiving Files", then "Cookies".
In the panel on the right, change "When receiving files": to "Never Ask".
Click "OK".

To enable cookies and JavaScript, follow these steps:
Select Preferences from the Edit menu. The Internet Explorer Preferences window opens.
Select Java from the Web Browser menu.
Select Enable Java from the Java Options window that appears in the right-hand window pane.
Scroll through the Internet Explorer Preferences menu until you see the Receiving Files option. Click Cookies.
From the right-hand window pane, locate the When Receiving Cookies menu.
From the drop-down menu, select Never Ask and click OK.
