To monitor traffic of your web site and chat with web site visitors in real time you need to login at CRMPanel.com. In control panel click on "Monitor Visitors". The following visitor monitoring window you will see :

| Whenever you web site visitor request a chat with you, a chat request notification you recieve in your monitoring window. If window is minimized it will pop-up. You will also get a ring sound and red color chat request notification in monitoring window. |

To start chat with visitor you need to click on visitor's IP address to pick-up chat in visitor monitoring window. On click of IP address the following chat window will appear and you can chat with you web site visitor in real time :
